To transparent your page, please change the style of the background first.

You will find “Edit Background” buttons from “Cover Page”, “End Page”, “Page Info” panels.

Transparent your page - Change the alpha value of the transparency

To transparent your page, please check the option “Alpha” to enable it, then pick a value for it.
If you have a SWF movie on your page and you want to transparent it too, please check “Alpha SWF”, and your Flash movie will be transparent too.
